These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JR RankFlow (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
JR RankFlow is a white-label SEO fulfilment platform (software-as-a-service) operated by JR Nexus Solutions FZ LLC ("we", "us"). The Service lets you run a branded SEO service under your own name, powered by our production engine.
JR RankFlow creates content, publishes contextual backlinks across our own live-verified publishing network, runs an automated indexing pipeline, and generates delivery reports. What we are accountable for is delivering the placements each package describes. We are a fulfilment engine, not a guarantee of search performance.
Access is delivered by email immediately after purchase; no download is required. Credits are prepaid usage units used only to purchase services inside your dashboard — they are not a deposit, a stored-value account, or redeemable for cash. Credits do not expire. Your balance and full order history are visible in your account at any time.
Each service lists an estimated delivery window. You may cancel an order before fulfilment work begins for a full return of the credits spent. Once fulfilment has started, an order cannot be cancelled because the work is already in progress.
You may rebrand the Service and resell it to your own clients under your own name and pricing. You are solely responsible for your client relationships, the prices you set, the claims you make to your clients, and your clients' compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Purchases are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 60-day money-back guarantee on your JR RankFlow purchase. Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are additionally covered by that marketplace's own refund policy.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates it.
Search rankings depend on factors outside anyone's control, including changes to search-engine algorithms. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, or income. Any figures or examples shown are illustrative and not a promise of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to future orders only; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
