You may not use the Service for websites or content that are illegal, adult/pornographic, hateful or violent, that facilitate malware, phishing, or fraud, that infringe copyright or trademarks, or that promote regulated products (such as gambling or pharmaceuticals) in jurisdictions where doing so is unlawful.
You must own the target website, or have the owner's permission, for any site you build links to. You may not use the Service to target sites you do not control without authorization.
You and your clients must comply with anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR). You may not misrepresent the Service, use fake scarcity or fake testimonials, or make guaranteed-ranking or guaranteed-income claims to your own clients.
If you resell the Service, you are responsible for your clients' compliance with this policy. We may refuse, hold, or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates it.
Link building is one input into search performance and carries inherent SEO risk. Search engines change their algorithms, and outcomes are never guaranteed. You use the Service at your own discretion.
