Your JR RankFlow purchase is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the Service is not right for you, request a refund within 60 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase in full — no hoops.
Email support@jrnexussolutions.com with your order details, or use the support option on your marketplace receipt. Refunds are processed promptly to your original payment method.
If you bought through a third-party marketplace (for example ClickBank), your purchase is additionally covered by that marketplace's own refund guarantee, and you may also request a refund directly through them.
Any unused prepaid credit balance can be refunded on request; your balance never expires. Work that has already been delivered — backlinks already published for an order — is non-refundable, because the service for that order has been performed.
You can cancel an order any time before fulfilment begins for a full return of the credits spent. Once an order has started publishing, it can no longer be cancelled.
